The accessory connector uses this numbering scheme. The software makes no mention of the pins or their use. It has an extra column of pins (2), one on either side of the 16 pin connector. For M/A Com/Harris/GE, etc: there are two software packages that program all current and past radios. Often the Kenwood software is less than 100 so dont be a cheapskate just purchase it. Refurbishing kits are available for the HT750/1250, PRO5150/7150 radios. Typically each series or individual radio requires its own software package.
